  • Hair textures, lace shades, density and lengths may vary slightly between batches

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR)
  • Prices may change without notice
  • Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received
  • We reserve he right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activty.

4. Order Processing & Supplier Fulfilment

Royal Roots Boutique operates using local and international supplier fulfilment partners

As a result:

  • Certain ietms may be shipped directly from suppliers
  • Processing and delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability and courier operations
  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive seperately

While we aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, delays may occassionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

 

5.Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.  Royal Roots Boutique will not be held responsible for:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
  • Delays coursed by couriers, customs, weather, or unforseen circumstances

Additional shipping fees may apply for returned, unclaimed, or re-delivered parcels.

Due to hygiene reasons, certain products may not qualify for return or exchange

Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins.

As many items are processed directly through suppliers shortly after purchase, cancellation requests cannot always be guaranteed.

Royal Roots Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Stock unavailability

In such cases, customers will be refunded where applicable.

  • Incorrect chemical treatment
  • Poor maintenance
  • Improper storage or handling

Results and product lifespan may vary from person to person.

  • Cannot be combined unless otherwise stated
