At Royal Roots Boutique, we strive to provide high-quality hair and beauty products that meet our customers' expectations.  Due to the nature of our products and our supplier fulfilment process, we kindly ask our customers to review  product details carefully before placing an order.  

By placing an order with Royal Roots Boutique, you agree to the following Return and refund Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Wigs
  • Hair Extensions
  • Hairpieces
  • Opened hair products
  • Beauty products that have been used, opened, worn, brushed, altered, washed or tampered with.

However, we understand that genuine issues occasionally arise and we will always aim to resolve matters fairly and professionally.

Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges may be considered if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item received is significantly different from what was ordered

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging with all tags, lace, hygiene seals and accessories in tact
  • Proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the item must be provided

Royal Roots Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

Non - Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or pre-ordered items
  • Worn, brushed, cut, coloured, styled or washed wigs/extensions
  • Opened hair care or beauty products
  • Items without original packaging or hygiene seals
Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll provide return details and ship the replacement once the returned item is received.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Please Note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility unless the error was on our side
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect depending on your bank/payment provider
  • Where applicable, refunds will be issued via the original payment method
